Photoshop. I don't remember how many hours, as it went over the course of two weeks, but its safe to say that I spent at least 15 hours on it.

Very nice dragon design; The texture you created is particularly impressive as well, very life-like.

Really great work. I think the composition would look better in a more vertical orientation. Would also like the see more work on those clouds.

Cool design, but the skin and horns texture looks a bit smeared to me with a too symmetrical texture over it. I think stronger, self made details there would've made the piece more realistic
